Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your Modebelle product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Store products that have been installed or modified in any way are not eligible for returns.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product. You can reach us at +92 305 1760800. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please do not send your Corian product back to us without obtaining an RA number.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for your Corian product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned Corian product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
